if you didn't get a package in the mail or by courier (it would have contained a yellow card with the control number), call your brokerage firm and tell them you need to vote your Growmax shares and need a CONTROL #. Their corporate actions department will have this on record. If you are voting for the NEW board, be sure to tell them you need the control # for the Opposition Vote so you can vote AGAINST the existing management proposals.
