TD problems

TD problems I am not new to market but have an interesting problem with TD’s sale of shares on Namaste last Friday. I would appreciate comments on the problem and how to deal with the issue.  This is not the first time TD has cost me and the mistake was and is 100% in my opinion a direct result of their actions.
I placed an order to sell Namaste @ $3.05 on Friday and then changed that order to $3.30  the order was confirmed. TD sold the stock @ $3.05 and deposited the funds in my account. I  used the funds not doing the math and bought back the shares @ $3.18minutes .  With the big sell off minutes later I lost a whole pile of cash.  To be honest until I checked  I thought maybe it was my mistake  but after the buy back  I took a picture of the order which confirmed my  $3.30 order to sell.
TD says “my problem “ and any loss occurred is mine. We are talking more than a couple dollars. However I was offered 5 free trades.
TD also lost 100,000 shares of another stock en route to my account 2 years ago and that cost a me few thousand dollars as the stock lost share price and it took a year for them to admit it was an  in house mistake between bank and  Waterhouse.
