I don't know about your claims re Alberta PCs, but as a Quebec resident, I would suggest that if you're an energy investor, you vote for Jason Kenney.  Voting for Notley and being an energy investor is kinda like trying to be an Olympic athlete yet eating McDonald's, doesn't make much sense and you won't do well.

Rachel Notley's cabinent is made up of anti-energy people.  Notley herself historically has stood at the forefront against the Albertan energy industry.
