Unfortuneately I don't know enough about "insiders" but it does seem strange on how they can get away with what they do with it being PUBLIC.

With this management team I'm surprised that they need to do such a shady process considering what they are about to unleash.

Do these sort of things happen on the NASDAQ?? I would presume not. So if and when we are on the NASDAQ I would presume everything should be smooth sailing.
