Obviuosly the case has not been decided or there would have been an announcement. Not sure what you want the company to say asthey would not know anymore either. I definitely compliment them on their due dilligence, persistence and patience through this extremely lng period. In my mind I wrote these shares off a long time ago so any decision in our favor would be a benefit. I do find it starnge that these shares have been trading all along in the US although sporadically. I did contact my broker and they said there was a way that I could sell my shares on the US exchange but I would rather just hold and see what becomes of this.
