Launching a new loyalty program(s) can be done very cost effectively using external consultants.
If Air Canada begs to be part of any new loyalty program, it will need to "pony up" to get back into the barn.
Aimia to Air Canada:
- No non-compete provisions
- No right of first refusal
- No no no etc. etc. etc.
