All the construction is "on schedule" and I assume the same is true for the OFS. Steadily rising sp of late suggests others also think it will be both on time and favourable. Should spark an impressive sp rise when market opens following the news release. Looks like folks are positioning themselves for that prospect. Shorts gonna get caught with their pants down sitting on the toilet!
