Given all that has come to light, as an investor my big question is “Is that it?  We got screwed over?  We were robbed?”  My other question is, when a company is SOO poorly mis managed how come the BOD and or Management still have jobs?  In any REAL (legitimate) publically traded corporation they HAVE to put shareholders first!!  Shareholder value is the prime responsibility….  Not themselves or their family members!!! 

This thing is at 0.01 to 0.015 cents, and nothing is being done to correct the ship??  Really, nobody is being held accountable?? We are just going to keep going with the same people BS and that got us into this position in the first place??  In any legitimate company heads would have rolled a long, long time ago at the first signs of pure incompetence…. 

This Strategic Review at first seemed legit.  But with clearly no good offers on the table, it would appear the rock stars are using this to buy time…  For what???  Honestly with all this BS going on, Nothing?  Nothing is going to be done??  Nothing to correct the ship?  Nothing in terms of new management or BOD??  They have taken care of themselves and family so all good on their end??  What the Hell is “INC?”  The tool used to rob us all?  

To the Management and BOD, you should all be very ashamed of yourselves for not managing and directing this company ethically, morally and responsibly.  Get another line of work because if your goal was to do your job, you failed miserably!!!  If your goal was to only look after yourselfs at the expence of the company and investors, Job Well Done…  Now get out of the way so that people who actualy know what they are doing can have a chance to right the ship….
