This is not a set back to the company, these things take time and a lot of people assumed we are much more later stage development then we presently are. The company is well under construction during this phase, and our plan was never to include online Ontario government sales for legalization date (many shareholders did). We always intended for private retail distribution with our partner high tide ventures. Anyways on the sales license topic here’s the what you need to know:
In order to begin applying for the pre sales/sales license it’s the second crop harvest that is analyzed . We expect FV pharma’s second harvesting to be completed by the end of this month.
Once we have the second harvest, health Canada can begin analyzing and responding to our sales application. This stage can take anywhere from a few weeks, up to two months.
It’s not that we are behind as a company for the sales license, we simply weren’t at that stage yet to apply.
Hope this clarifies the whole misunderstanding on that! Also side note we have started collecting emails for shareholders or parties that would like a facility visit for sometime in October.
Most likely Scicann therapeutics will be attending that conference. FSD pharma is scheduled for many up coming interviews and conferences for the month of October. We pick our media outlets very carefully as we get solicited all the time for useless conferences and marketing services. Quality over quantity!
