High grade tailings assets or more traditional exploration?

High grade tailings assets or more traditional exploration? Why did the sale of the smelter royalty happen right now, there was certainly no need to get cash for current operations. GoGold reported some minor exploration activity in the Q3 MDA.

"exploration costs of $239K. The exploration costs include drilling, geological consulting, and other diligence costs with various projects in the Parral region, for which the Corporation has not definitively obtained the mineral rights, as a result the costs were not capitalized. GoGold continues to pursue exploration opportunities in the region."

Considering where the silver price is trading right now, it could be a great opportunity to buy assets cheap. I don't the think they are primarily looking for tailings, even if that could be great way to double the life of mine for the tailings process. My guess is that they are looking for more traditional exploration projects in the region, but would certainly be happy if they moved forward with additional high grade tailings assets or more traditional exploration projects.
