RE:So much for 20mil rev aquisition and financing...Risky, you have made some good points in the past, but your comments today are absolutely inane. You say that they funded this aquisition via lowering inventory. UH...no..they funded this from cash on hand. You say the acquisition is insignificant....Really? This broadens their reach in Maine and allows the ability to cross sell probably while requiring less staff as these infill type deals work well when you are already selling in that district. They add 4 million in revenue with almost 1 million ebitda and this also doesn't satisfy you. Personally, i would rather see 3 or 4 of these type of lower risk aquisitions than one major one which would pose a great deal more risk. Judging by the large buying volume toda6y, i think you have a lot of people who disagree with you. Of course, i fully give you the right to express your option.
