RE:New Centers Mean Substantial GrowthSo 3 this means a run rate of $45M revenue...if the deal is a sale of addiction business....at Heath's average of 1.5Xsales = MC of $67.5M.  I was happy with a buyout between $0.20 to $.25...but this means possibly a buy-out of $.29.   I'll take anything over $ .27...will double my average.
