RE:RE:Good conversation today guys!I do agree with everyone. We (the shareholders) did get the shaft on the deal. Bar none. 

I also, am getting antsy by the day to sell, but as someone mentioned, I don’t want that extra tax on my income tax. So I think I will just wait it out (but still not 100% sure... What a mind F#&$!)

I hope another company will come up within a better deal for ICC and it’s shareholders, but that’s just wishful thinking at the moment.
