Did someone just buy a lot of shares?

Did someone just buy a lot of shares? Am i misunderstanding something or did someone just buy 789,500 shares? Makes me wonder why someone would buy so many if there is so much negative sentiment going around. 

I guess there is still some resistance for the shares to go below 3 cents?
