The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:RE:RE:New Centers Mean Substantial GrowthBrentski...dont think you can compare PHM/VMD to the arrangement Nitin is working on. VMD was an operating company wthin the overall PHM, and it was well known that they were keeping PHM afloat.  Value was unlocked of course when the split occured....true no cash exchanged hands because there was an established business....thus the 1 for 10 split....I did well there, actually sold some of my CXV early on and moved $20K over to PHM when it was around $0.40...sold after the split, and I've more than doubled my VMD.

As for what Nitin is working on...it won't be the same as PHM/VMD as there is only an "idea" about MJ being used in a clinical setting - no exisitng business...maybe some dispensary licenses....so I do see some kind of partnership arrangment /JV with a MJ firm, but not a spin-off.

Time will tell...but I think we(except Choises) can agree there is lots of upside when this gets announced...good risk/reward IMO.  GLTA
