RE:EW has options if the first well in Romania is commercialI agree with you 100%. Just to add brent crude is pushing $80 today.

I'm now wondering if, Sidoo can go off script from the initial EW/Juva proposal as outlined in the first press release without informing shareholders? Could he use SEAWAY/SEW as the shell to take Juva public? Is this why he dropped the SEW/ blockchain idea? If so, he could increase the private placement, and use his own/cronies....money/assets to fund the $4M. Sidoo then could leave EW whole. This is just a thought (if feasible) as to what could be taking this deal so long to complete and send to shareholders for a vote. I also wonder if some large shareholders have signaled to, Sidoo that this Cannibis pipe dream of his is a non-starter?
