What could they do with their cash? Educate me.

Their multiple is so far below their peers that any acquisition would be dilutive on an EBITDA valuation basis. That cash is doing nothing for shareholders and if you think this is undervalued they should buy every single share they can at current levels or better yet privatize or sell. Not sure you get the dynamic of value accretion or ROE.

As for wanting this thing - there must be players out there that are looking for a gateway to QCOM.  Especially when it almost funds itself with an inefficient balance sheet and future growth already baked into its backlog.
