Any idea when the deal will close?

Any idea when the deal will close?So, yeah I screwed up thinking it was .24 shares to 1, but relaized its based off of a 20 day moving average. Not quite sure what the average will be, but sooner the better for the deal to go through?

Unless I am wrong on the 20day?
