I spoke to management, reason for drop 0.25 to 0.20....
I spoke to management, reason for drop 0.25 to 0.20....So the performance shares were converted to insiders, and they sold about 30-40% of the rights into the open market to pay the taxes on the performance bonus.
the CFO explained this all to me.
So the that high volume drop was cause of the open market selling.....
The insiders are keeping the rest of the shares.
She is even confused as to why the stock is so cheap! Says we will get news on north texas 3rd well early November
