RE:Union Group Sid, I fear Union Group is in on this corrupt deal and got some sort of incentive...No way they would sell company for 1.95...With their 30% and whatever % ACB now has they dominate voting and any sketchy agreement is guaranteed to pass with this power. Only government can block this or a last second higher bid...But with legalization less than a month away and most mj stocks flying off the 
shelves, seems pointless to hang on waiting for a miracle. Im sure deal is far from completion, acb is waiting for the full boom of share price so they can close later and give less shares.
