Do you have any idea what it takes legally to get listed on an exchange? 
Do you think they could have sold 300 million shares and put together a high priced mangement team doing things illegally?  If you can,?,  then it really does not matter as nobody cares in this industry.
However what your saying is all the people that work at this company are dummer than you as they are all going to lose everything. 

I guess they should have consulted with you before throwing around $$2-300 million dollars.
