RE:RE:RE:It doesnt add up!!!@Bluechip2: I copy and paste this for your perusal. Hope it explains the situation well. Alan B. has been spot on all along, btw. I get a feeling you are in denial about management, er, MIS-management.
Anyway, read below:

Hi all. I spoke to SNN management yesterday. This is more of a "topping up the war chest" for activities in both the U.S. and Canada. I would be a buyer here. They are going to forward me their updated investor presentation today so I will update you after I have had a chance to see it.

I am very excited and optimistic about their position in California. They are probably three months from their first harvest and they should have product to sell in Q1 2019. California growers continue to produce contaminated product so SNN will be in good shape when they hit the market. They are also adopting a more aggressive expansion policy in California. Remember they are in a prominent position in a market that is bigger than all of Canada where there are 117 LPs at last count.

I will report back soon.

Pretty lame description of the situation, Ted. Without blaming you for parroting this, it's a big disappointment in my view. I think the company has done a very poor job of informing us what's going on, and this isn't "topping off". The company needed the money to build out Canada. They should provide better guidance of their expectations for getting the debt financing that was expected to be completed by the end of June. Don't get me wrong - I am rooting for the company's success, but this was a c rap deal and I am concerned there may be more like it.
