RE:RE:Bank--Resolved

RE:RE:Bank--ResolvedMaybe I was not clear enough. I put a pre-market order in on Monday for 3,000 shares of ABC. It was never filled on Monday  and showed expired at days end. ABC, as you know continued to climb this week for the most part but I wanted the price from Monday. They filled my order yesterday (Wednesday) at $9.99 to compensate me for missing the fill in Monday that they agreed should have been filled. When they did this yesterday ABC was over $12.

I only posted this for those others who were in the same boat and may feel there is nothing they can do about it.
