If everything goes according to plan then yes that should be the outcome but there is certainly a considerable risk that things can go wrong. We’re talking about a Canadian company acquiring a US company that produces a highly regulated and federally illegal substance. The fact that it has taken significantly longer than expected isn’t a good sign although Anthony so far makes it sound like there haven’t been any major hurdles which is good. I will breath a big sigh of relief once this acquisition closes and they prove that they can get these deals done
