RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:analyst viewi think you are right - it is a US$ target price  and translated comes to $CDN 2.30 which was the low end of his last target price in February 2018.

the inital link gave the CDN $ reference but that is not from the report, it is from the computer summary by FLY.

these computer driven stock links are all over the place and almost always mess up when there are multiple currencies involved.
