While you are hoping / preying that EUO’s few million dollars can find some sort of promotable MJ deal, MJ deals are happening all around them. They’ll probably find something once valuations come down to earth.

 

EUO’s 5, 6 or 7 million are inconsequential in this space. As a shell they have limited value as their O/S share numbers are too high. Mind you, this is fixable with a 1 for 10 or 20 consolidation but that would also mean that insiders are out of a cushy job. Just how anxious are they to deal themselves out of the “golden cow”?
