The patent is then published once i) the company submits any fees and additonal drawings and ii) eighteen months have passed though the company may request it be published sooner. I’ve been checking patents assigned to QNC and it was the first time I saw the patent listed as active through 2035.

Do you have a link you could post? I cant seem to find anything on google or uspto sites. Thanks
