RE:Horizons Marijuana Life Sciences Index (HMMJ) ETFI believe they are not able to be part of the index because their business is largely in the US and the federal status of cannabis is that it is not yet legal...I could be wrong though...I think this applies to all Toronto stock exchange listings.
