IFFCO's Position on all of this?

IFFCO's Position on all of this?I hope they don't bit if IFFCO votes in favour of this deal then I'm predicting that once the deal is done and Mgmt have full control they will give IFFCO a sweet, sweet deal on the Peruvian asset and screw the rest of us. Especially given that they seem to have valued that asset at zero. Everything seems to point to one very clear conclusion... Mgmt sees Growmax as their personal cash cow that they plan to milk till there is no more and then they retire in comfort. I prey Bullrun is the victor in all of this but failing that we may all need to pony up and go after them with a lawsuit. Terrible business people to take what they had and reduce it to this.
