I assume that they have some major interest since they put together the last private placement. The last move to 2$ was when they swapped the 4milllion share block . I think they are in for the long run now. But yes it is somewhat unsettling the constant accumulation (even though we have moved up substantially) .. As for Van eck and toqueville management I would assume they would give notice to management before making any large sell so they can line up buyers.

At this point after waiting 7 years I don't see why they would sell on the open market now though..
