I guess that depends on what you mean by "debt."  Their latest balance sheet records within "Long-term liabilities" the Finance lease obligation of C$ 2,626,000 owed to Orca Holdings (Randy Johnson) for the sale/lease-back of the pilot plant.  Note 10 describing the transaction states "At the end of the term the Company will purchase the Pilot Plant from the lessor for the purchase price."
