Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

"General wokring capital" is a nice description, one size fits all. I would absolutely expect its for all sorts of expenditures, better believe it. Blockchain, the hiring of the real estate guy, solar expenses and Jeff's travel miles, all need to be paid for. These things have all accelerated this year vs. a year ago and they need to be paid for.
