RE:RE:Advancement is being MadeYes, let's be realistic.  Share prices are not about underlying value, they are about what investors, smart and not, will pay.  RRL has a positive net income, which is a lot more than can be said about many other companies - both very big and small.

It's rarely rational, but that's just the way it works.
