As far as we know he borrowed the $10k from his mom because he has every other nickel he has tied up in in DM.

Now how big is the buy? He might be limited in some other way as well. There are so many restrictions on executives based on a hundred different things.

Probably if we knew what he knows we would drop $65k on monday and buy a million shares.
