RTI (Radient Technologies); ACB( Aurora); KO (Coca-Cola) Three catalysts for RTI that will solidify deals in my opinion:
- Obtaining Licensed Producer status
- Obtaining Licensed Dealer status
- Expansion Initiatives into Europe or South America
When the first or second is realized, I can forsee a deal with ACB and/or KO for beverages and expansion of RTI's extraction efforts for food, health and wellness industries.
"The Company expects that it will receive a Producer’s Licence and a Dealer’s Licence for its Edmonton Manufacturing Facility before the Cannabis Act comes into force on October 17, 2018".
"With one of the world’s largest cannabis cultivators [ACB] as a cornerstone customer and with its capabilities validated, Radient has an industrial-scale, cost-efficient extraction platform that it believes is unique within the cannabis industry globally. As licensed producers across Canada announce large cultivation facility expansions, and as more countries legalize cannabis for medical and adult use, Radient expects that its global growth opportunities will be significant."
"Radient is finalizing initiatives with respect to expanding its business operations into the European Union...Radient looks forward to working closely with its partners to expand its footprint into Europe in the coming months..."
"Aurora holds an approximately 17% ownership interest in Radiant...The MedReleaf acquisition, upon completion, is expected to be accretive to Radient, as the new combination will require significant additional extraction capacity as can be delivered by Radient through its high throughput technology."
