You will not get .2448 per share. No one knows what youll get per share.

Id assume its a lot lower due to ACB going from ~$8 per share to over $12 per share since the NR. I also assume ACB will go up even more with Legalization, reposrting, and listing on a US stock echange. ICC will most likly not move until this deal is done.
