I don't think this is an insane MC. I feel it's reasonable to pay current prices. Stock Options for employees were done at $3.60 per share I believe. Book value is $1.50 per share. Shareholders Equity is just under $300M. $65 Million will be spent on new investments and $35 Million on investments already made. The Parent Company which holds 25% of us by the end of Oct 2018 will have a warchest of $5 Billion to spend on growth. I'm sure some of the companies RIV owns will when ready list on various exchanges. I don't know, think what you want but I like RIV. All IMO alwasy DYODD!
