Patience

PatiencePreviously, Wheaton Canopy, now XLY was the openly traded company helping startup or incubation period for companies.  Now, we have RIV.
Why patience?  New startup take time to get all the T's crossed and i's doted, such as land, buildings, licences, etc.  As the host company will take money, % of crop, or who's know what, this comes in the future once sales/revenue starts coming in.  We now have a lag phase here.

Not only with thsee companies but with the whole industry as everyone is mentioning wait until Oct 17 to see blastoff.
So, down the road, a lot of revenue show be flowing into both XKY and RIV,

However, from my prespective, now that RIV is in the game, would they be getting first choice at the companies that want support to launch their company with such a well connected host.  Now I am wondering if XLY will be getting the rejects from now on.

Once these companies get going, it might just be a matter of time, before they might be bought out by the host.  The host compnany would have all the inside info on these companies.
