I don't know if we can assume it has settled down. the stock is down double digits in 2 days. That's alot of downward selling pressure.

My back of the envelope NAV build up pointed towards ~7.50-7.75.

That's fair value baking in a bit of hype for the management and ability to source deals.

This went from deeply overvalued at 9-11 to undervalued at 6-8.

hopefully stock starts to turn.
