RE:Anybody hear anythingYou may as well do yourself a big favour and throw any lingering denial into the dumpster...you have without any question mark been royally scammed.

The only thing that should be heard is that charges have been laid, but given our Canadian securities regulators are toothless wonders, that will probably never happen.


If there is no word on this trading again by the middle of December you may want to consider donating those share to your brokerage for the capital loss credit. That is if you have any gains from this year that you would like to offset. If not then you may as well let them rot into 2019. It is not like you have many practical options in your current situation.
