The only way optioons and warrants are not exercised is if the sp stays below .55 If that happens who gives a damn. I'm assuming S7 succeeds which means serious DC sales and a sp well above .55. In that case everything will be exercised and we're likely above 350m shares.

Don't wish for a 200m share count.
