Movenup, this isn't a big deal as most people make it out to be. Remember they have to give free stock to these enterprises to get their deals. What does that mean dilution which usually means a roll-back. The insiders don't care because they've got stock coming out of their ears and they'll get alot more later. It's the insiders that stand to make a big chunk of the money and the investors take all the risk. If you have a chance pick-up a copy of fleecing the lamb then everything will come into focus.
