We are all trying to determine when this shell will become something else. Several of us have talked to Hugh Notman over the past 8 months to see what kind of timeline it will be until something is announced and as of right now nothing has been set. The only things we know is that Hugh's largest personal investment is in RB compared to his other shells that he has taken a position in and he is trying to get the best possible company who wishes to list on the TSX-V to come aboard in the future. When the Board of Directors met it was decided and voted on that it could be up to a 1/25 dilution of shares so if you bought in at 0.02, if the new company agrees to 1/25, the 0.02 would be 0.50 instead on the trading date. It could also be less such as 1/10.

There are many companies who are trying to come in without having an IPO and this is the way to enter the stock market without having to go through all of the hoops that getting a brand new listing would consist of and we wait until that time.

I sent Hugh a message over the weekend and hope to hear back soon from him as to a timeline when something might happen (short vs long-term). I do like the increase in volume as of late though, especially since the low has been 0.015 in the last few weeks. Maybe that might mean something, maybe just people wanting to pick up some cheap shares. We'll see.
