The reason I brought that up because my company had been actively expanding and acquired additional spaces for the last decade. When O&G was booming, the overheads expense wasn't a big deal. But now, it comes up prominently. It's not cheap to maintain and operate.

It's not clear how much exactly for these cannabis growing fields but looking at the price per gram some have been talking to stay competitive, I wonder what the profit margin will be. I know companies touted state-of-the-art, growing efficiency, etc. but won't know until real numbers come out.

JM needs to tread carefully if want to get growing field of their own. On one hand, you don't want see shortages. But on the other hand, go too big and you won't see much benefit of having one.
