RE:InMed going to have a tough time with this one...Couldn’t agree more leaf, when I saw the NR I was thinking the same
Leaf, one of these days if ever we happen to bump into each other I’ll need to buy you a tetra hemp drink or at least some tetra topical cream on the house..
You spread tetra awareness on the board(You could probably launch something like LeafRider’s daily Tetra blog).. it is much appreciated.. I’m sure many others feel the same
LeafRider wrote: I don't think InMed realizes that the "Guy" on the left has created similar formulations for managing pain and is currently in the middle of clinical trials, which is proof of concept on Tetra's part. I don't expect InMed to be successful with their attempt to "claim" that treating pain with cannabinoids in the form of a topical should be exclusively theirs. I'm sure many are laughing at this grows overstep. They must have their head in the sand because their ignorance to what others are doing in the industry, is clear.
You should view InMed as direct competition to what Tetra is working towards, but don't forget that Tetra's clinicals are time stamped and proprietary to Tetra and have Health Canada approved clinical trials to back it up.
You're free to judge as you like, but I doubt InMed will receive a patent on something that many companies have successfully accomplished one way or another. They can waste their time and money on this application but it won't stand up in court is the way I see it.
