AGM announcement

AGM announcementI understand from some of you that the end of this week is when the AGM date in October needs to be announced for it to be held before 15 months after last one.  No doubt exec compensation including options is part of agenda....and maybe a special vote on the transaction...the SP compression led by Choices  is making the options pricing fit...we(well maybe not the 2 amigos) all get that.  I'm not optimistic that an announcement on the transaction is ready...these all take lots of time, and Nitin has until Dec.

Question for the board....if we don't hear this week, and its clear that they will not be able to have an AGM within the required timeline...what recourse do we have to raise this issue to the regulators....anyone dealt with this before?
