RE:Colin Moore as CEO?

RE:Colin Moore as CEO?While experience is of the most valuable of assets it is not necessarily the main criteria for the CEO as long as there is experience available on the board and most areas of the company..there are also options to retain lawyers, accountants, etc that can provide support on most all levels. The egoically challenged are usually far more liability than asset.

I don't know any of the team enough to make a choice but if Dhaliwal is sharp/ balanced enough to accurately assess his, as well as other's, strengths and weaknesses he would tap the experience and other assets available to him and use all the tools available to shore up all area where required....and maybe hit the cover of Forbes in a year or two?

For this company in this sector I think Fowler is a key asset and probably will remain so for some time to come, as there will be more than plenty of competition of which won't be of much consequence as long as the FIREweed maintains consistant product quality and gets the exposure/ advertising needed to take and keep market share....but bring The Supreme Starbucks Premium Coffee and Cannabis Emporium and she's 'to da moon, Alice!!, JMHO.....Opt

Not sure if Navdeep is the guy to run this company.  He doesn't have expereince as a lead of a company, nor anything close to a potential multi-billion dollar corporation.

This is no longer a mom & pop shop type operation and it's appropriate to parachute someone in with big leage experience which is what we'll be playing in now.
