the financing was non-brokered; insiders and related parties who know the story well and most likely are in for the long haul. Falchani East and Falchani West drill results should be the driver the coming period and could in due time propel this deposit into worldclass territory. Stock might of course go down but it would then be more linked with general market weakness I think (let's see market reaction after Fed rate hike this evening). Valuation wise, I think this story is one of the most compelling out there and the Haywood update shows how the company is firing on all cylinders.
