RE:RE:RE:I wrote to Kaiser and the company for clarification...Yes I am laughing . When you buy a property like a house. If you sighed final purchase offer with seller snd put down deposit. If seller don't sell you can ask for reimbursement only when you purchased another similar property and incurred a price difference and made you lost some money paid higher than before. In this so called lawsuit . Was official offer sighed? If so did it say no deposit needed?
