RE:RE:You all misunderstood the lawsuit!!! Read this!!!!for those of you who have not been involved in mergers and acquisitions, here is a primer and why therealmost can't be a lawsuit:

1) you sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) which would specifically mention that it is non-binding and is simply an indication of interest by both parties.  Usually the only clauses that are binding are things like confidentiality and perhaps payments of expenses.

2) share/asset purchase agreements are drawn up by the law firms and negotiated

3) when the share/asset purchase agreement is signed, the LOI is no longer in effect and the deal is done and it must be announced by the public company (RNC)

There was obviously no share/asset purchase agreement signed...SO NO LAWSUIT
